Our Mission

To provide a comfortable living environment enhanced by personal training/ recovery coaching services to men and women moving from active addiction to “Active Recovery”.

Sober Living Community

Sober living has proven to be beneficial for individuals in early recovery. All members of our team have lived in a sober home at some point in their lives.

With our shared experience, we are raising the bar on what recovery can look like. We bring like-minded individuals together who are serious about long term, enjoyable sobriety. Our residents must have a minimum of 30 days sober. We believe this requirement insures the culture and safety of residents.

Personal Training

All residents are required to be active by working out with their coach on a weekly basis. All residents upon move in are required to work with their coach minimum 2 times a week to aid in improving physical health along with increasing support and accountability.

Improving physical health has shown to improve mental health and increase the potential for long term sobriety. We include personal training sessions as part of living in our homes. Our belief is that individuals will not only stay sober but also become passionate about getting and staying active long-term.

Recovery Coaching

Recovery coaching is an integral part of each session that residents take part in. ARH coaches help each individual navigate early recovery by bringing support, goals and accountability into their physical health and recovery lifestyle.

All of our coaches are in recovery themselves. Their personal experience with living a life of sobriety helps show it IS possible to find balance and freedom in both their life and recovery.
