With healthy habits at the forefront of the Active Recovery program, we believe nutrition is a vital part of both fitness and overall wellness; our actions must be in line with our goals to see progress in the gym. With many of our members having struggled with disordered eating in some form, our nutrition program is designed to create a feeling of freedom around food, learning to fuel our bodies and shift our mindset through individualized guidance on diet and nourishment, meal preparation and planning, grocery shopping and more under the supervision of a certified nutritionist.
