What Folks Are Saying:
I came to ARH in August of 2022 after completing residential treatment for the first time. As someone new to recovery and trying to get sober, ARH gave me the tools I did not know I even needed to allow for long term recovery, and a new, more fulfilling way of life. Throughout my nine months in the house, I was able to gain my life back and more. ARH gave me the structure I needed to be safe and protected from my disease, and pushed me to grow into the woman I am today. Weekly workouts allowed me to gain confidence in myself, both physically and mentally, as well as helped to show me my true potential. Limor, Keith, and the rest of the ARC team have become a vital part of my recovery even after leaving the house, and I still maintain relationships with the wonderful women I got to share the house with. I could not recommend ARH enough, they make sober living feel like home and have coaches that become like family.

ARH/ARC played a very big role in my recovery and ability to transition from RTC back into life. The coaching challenged defective beliefs evolving my recovery while aiding me into an active lifestyle, life skills aided me with budgeting and finding obtainable goals i carry to this day to help maneuver the discipline of life. The community within ARH and ARC is something i haven't experienced before throughout the journey of recovery as it was a safe space to process hinderances within my beliefs as well as establish a supportive community while being held accountable. ARH/ARC showed me how to cultivate discipline through my life and take action towards an active lifestyle embodying fun within and outside recovery.

My daughter carefully considered her options for sober living in Austin and ultimately decided on ARH/ARC after completing treatment in Texas. Overall, ARH/ARC offered a comprehensive approach to sober living, combining accountability, structure, and physical training with a focus on mental, physical, and spiritual well-being with a unique added component of personal training and recovery coaching. Limor was available to provide guidance and share her own experiences when it was appropriate. Her insights and support were invaluable during my daughter's 9 month stay at ARH. We are forever grateful to ARH/ARC, and Limor for being a part of our lives.
