Personal Training & Recovery Coaching

Through sessions with ARC-trained peer coaches in long-term recovery, members focus on improved health, fitness and personal growth via combined, in-depth recovery coaching and physical training. Strength building, functional movement and cardio meet mindfulness, recovery tools, goal-setting and accountability in a casual, non-clinical environment (the gym), leading to overall wellness and lasting sobriety.

Our coaches get to know each client individually, opening up conversations and gaining an understanding of their strengths and challenges to create a customized plan focused on achieving their goals with a well-rounded approach to life and wellness. Each session, clients receive a workout as they progress in fitness, along with mentorship and companionship as they learn to navigate life in recovery.
